Death Note Ep. 18

Short summary:
-episode opens with Aizawa going into L’s building and trying to get through all the hi-tech security
-upon entering the investigation room, he along with Chief Insp. Yagami & Matsuda watch the monitor into Misa’s room
-Misa is complaining about how she can’t date Light properly if L is always with them
-L then talks about how depressed and unmotivated he is because his deductions about Light and Misa being Kira and 2nd Kira are wrong
-Light then punches Lin the face, trying to knock some sense into him
-L mumbles something like “one for one” then kicks Light in the face
-somewhere during the confusion, Misa accidentally stood on cake
-fight continues, then Matsuda interrupts them, with the intention of stopping them, by phone telling L something about Misa’s popularity status
-later, Light finds out some info on the recently deceased criminals – 3 heart attacks and a few other deaths, all beneficial to Yotsuba Group, therefore they think that Kira is in on this
-Chief Insp. Yagami comes in and says that the police are pulling out on this case Because Kira is threatening the Government, so he and Mogi quit the force to help L, Matsuda quits too
-Aizawa decided to go back to the police, so he quits the Kira investigation (don’t worry, we’ll see him again ^_^)
-later, Chief Insp. Yagami deducts that the deaths occur late Fridays & on Saturdays
-L introduces Aber/Aver & Wedy, a con artist and a pro burglar, to the team

Ah, even though it’s little, action still looks great. L is so weird, Light is so innocent, and Misa...stood on a piece of cake. Lmao. Anyways, a not too interesting ep, but still good none the less. I don’t know what else to write, so I’ll just leave it like this.
